Begin your experience on MONDAY NIGHT with a 'Get Acquainted Appetizer and Wine-Parley Party.' Meet and greet the other guests in the elegant Hartzell House parlor, while enjoying unique and scrumptious appetizers created especiallyf or you by Chef Z. Next, as a means of dispelling the belief that wine is only for experts, spend a little time tasting area wines and reviewing wine etiquette with Chef Z!
TUESDAY Continue the experience on TUESDAY morning with a custom created Bird's Nest Buffet Breakfast served in the beautiful Hartzell House Dining Room, then spend the rest of the day your way, perhaps at nearby Nemacolin Spa, FallingWater or Kentuck Knob.
At 5:pm, rendezvous back at the B&B for a 2 hour culinary class with Chef Z, resulting in a memorable and glorious 5-course seated dinner.
WEDNESDAY
What a beautiful way to start the day while enjoying the grand finale
of your extravaganza with a 3-course served Brunch in the Dining Room,
customized to the Bird’s Nest theme once again.

A professionally created and informative take-home folder with recipes,
culinary tips and information, plus a custom imprinted apron from Hartzell House
will be our gift to you upon your departure.
